1st Stone Soup & Speaker event of 2018 Wed. Jan. 31st

Join us for our 6th annual winter Stone Soup and Speaker series of engaging talks and delicious homemade soups. This year's theme -
"Digging Deeper:
Exploring The Wakefield Estate's Collections"
- allows for a deeper look at four different aspects of the estate's collections. To kick off the series, Executive Director Mark Smith will give an overview of the estate's collections, which include rare books, art, furniture, jewelry, archives, archaeological artifacts, and our world-class arboretum plant collection.
Save the dates - the Stone Soup and Speaker series will be held the final Wednesday of each month, January - April.
January's Stone Soup will be held Wednesday, Jan. 31st starting at 6:00 pm when guests can enjoy a bowl of homemade soup before settling in to enjoy the speaker's remarks.
This program is held in the Isaac Davenport mansion located at 1465 Brush Hill Road.
